Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the educational and experience requirements specified for each post. Medical Officer candidates need an MBBS degree with at least five years of post‑internship experience, and additional qualifications in Medicine or Surgery are preferred. Pharmacist candidates should hold a B Pharmacy degree or 10+2 with Science (PCB) plus an approved pharmacy diploma and three years of experience. 

Laboratory Technician and Assistant roles require relevant science degrees or diplomas with three to five years of lab experience. Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant positions demand a diploma in dental hygiene and five years of laboratory work. DEO/Clerk, Driver, Female Attendant, Chowkidar and Safaiwala posts require the stated minimum educational levels and five years of relevant experience.

Selection Process

The selection consists of a single interview round conducted at the ECHS Station Headquarters in Gopalpur on 17 and 18 March 2026. Candidates must appear in person at 08:00 AM and present original educational certificates, service records, Aadhaar, PAN and other relevant documents. No travel allowance will be provided. Only candidates meeting the qualitative and documentary requirements will be considered for appointment.

Applicants should obtain the prescribed application form from the official ECHS website, fill it accurately, and attach self‑attested copies of educational certificates, experience letters, Aadhaar and PAN cards. 

The completed form in duplicate must be submitted to the ECHS Cell, Stn HQ Gopalpur, PO‑Golabandha, Dist‑Ganjam, Odisha, Pin‑761052 by 01 March 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained. Preference is given to ex‑servicemen, and all documents must be original at the time of interview.
