Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university approved by UGC or AICTE, with the result declared on or before 31 December 2025. Age should be between 20 and 28 years as of 01 January 2026, with relaxations for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and other eligible categories. Applicants must be proficient in the local language of the state they wish to serve. 

Prior apprenticeship experience or more than one year of post‑graduation employment disqualifies the candidate. All required documents, including identity proof, graduation certificate, date of birth proof, and category or disability certificates if applicable, must be presented at verification.

Selection Process

The selection begins with an online objective written examination consisting of 100 questions covering General Awareness, English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge.

 Candidates who clear the exam proceed to document verification, followed by a local language proficiency test for those requiring it, and finally a medical examination. Each stage is mandatory, and failure at any point results in disqualification.

How to Apply

Applicants should register on the NAPS or NATS apprenticeship portals and then log in to the BFSI SSC portal to submit their online application. The application window opens on 08 February 2026 and closes on 24 February 2026. 

All required details and supporting documents must be uploaded digitally; no hard‑copy submission is needed. After successful submission, candidates receive a confirmation email with further instructions for the upcoming exam.
